Intensive English Program, TESL Certificate Program, & TEC Certificate Program

 

 

I had been working at the same company for a relatively long time, so when I thought about my future, I was afraid so I decided to change my life. I decided to come to Vancouver and study English.

I arrived here in June and the summer season felt so nice. Everything was green and beautiful. I instantly fell in love with Vancouver! My school life started right away from the next day. The teachers and staff were very friendly and kind. The first thing that surprised me was that they quickly learned my name.

I’ve been here for about 6 months, now. First I studied general English then I took the TESOL and TEC courses. In the ESL class, I had tests every week and a presentation every month. It was kind of busy but I felt like I was back in the good old days of high school. In the TESOL and TEC classes, I learned how to teach and how to manage classes. Both courses were very hard and had many presentations but I enjoyed the challenge. When I finished them, I felt a great sense of achievement.

I really think it was a good idea to come to Canada. Thank you to all the teachers and staff members!
