Residential Accommodation During the summer months we are able to offer self-catering residential accommodation at The University of British Columbia - UBC. Hostelling International Canada Summer is the best time to come to Vancouver and we are able to offer HI-Hostelling International Canada. There are a few hostels to choose from in Vancouver in the summer months. Hostelling International's Vancouver downtown hostel is located in the safe and beautiful West End residential neighbourhood, one block from the colourful Davie St., with its many shops, restaurants and cafes.
