 GEOS Language Plus Vancouver (we) understands and respects the privacy of its students and other visitors to this web site(you). Any information that you provide us by submitting any of our online forms is used exclusively by us for statistical purposes and for any tasks we may need to perform in order to reply to you, your inquiry, or to processs your application. Rest assured that we do not disclose this information to third parties, nor do we rent, sell, or otherwise distribute the information we collect to anyone in any case with the following exceptions:

If you apply or have applied for a full-time program for over 6 months and have asked us to aid you with a study or work permit, your information will be used to register for the permit as required by law.

If you apply or have applied for a program for less than 6 months, your information will be used internally only. However, all student files are subject to confidential review by our accrediting body, Languages Canada.

If you apply or have applied to be a host family, we will contact the references you provided to us. In addition, if your family is accepted into our homestay program and we place a student / student(s) in your home, we will share the information you have given us with the student(s) placed there prior to their arrival.

Rights to image and film material: By agreeing to our privacy policy and conditions you are accepting that GEOS Languages PLUS has the right to use any photos, video and sound recordings which may be produced in the course of a language programme. These materials may be used by us for promotional purposes without cost implication or the need for a separate authorisation from you.
