For our office in Malta, we are looking to hire a Commercial Employee (m/f/x) as soon as possible.
Tasks:
- Checking, allocating (account coding) and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
- Creating invoices and checking them for accuracy and completeness
- Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Close cooperation with management and colleagues from other departments
Requirements:
- You have completed vocational training in business/administration (commercial apprenticeship)
- You work precisely and analytically, are resilient and a team player, and keep a cool head in challenging situations
- Good command of English
- Strong resilience, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail/accuracy, ability to work independently and in a team
